Booking

Please book at least 3 hours in advance. Full payment for your massage is required at the time of booking. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as the treatment room is prepared for the next guest as soon as your session ends.

Hours

The spa is open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM. Treatments outside these hours carry an additional $250 MXN.

Health & Safety

The spa is for guests 18 and over. Before your session, please let us know about any medical conditions, recent injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or medications. For your safety, we may adjust or reschedule your treatment.

What's Included

Robe, towels, shower, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Disposable slippers are available for $50 MXN. With every massage or whirlpool session, enjoy tea, chlorophyll water, nuts, and biscotti in our relaxation lounge.

Changes & Cancellations

Once your treatment has been paid, it cannot be changed or canceled. We recommend confirming your time slot before completing your booking.

Spa Etiquette

The spa is a space for rest and relaxation. Please don't bring in food, alcoholic beverages, or anything that could disturb the cleanliness or calm of the space. Keep your phone on silent, and don't take photos or videos of other guests or staff without their consent. We ask that our team always be treated with respect.
